Crescent Memorial understands that the celebration of your pet's life is one of the most important events and that it should be beautifully memorialized. A funeral home often needs a customized product, like for example an engraved urn, quickly or perhaps even the next day. That is why our policy is to get products shipped the day the order is received or, at the latest, the next day. In addition, if a Funeral Home sends us a request for a customized product like an engraved urn and they get us the art work by 3PM Central, we get it out that same day, all of the time, no exceptions.
In addition, unlike other companies, we always send out our Life Print Memorial Keepsakes™ before ten working days prior to the print being received. The Crescent Memorial Art Glass, like the Crescent Memorial Eternal Flame™, is always sent out within 21 working days after receiving the completed order.
